A graduate of Harvard Executive Business School, I bring over 26 years of experience in leading complex advisory projects across the Balkans. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with and leading international teams at both strategic and operational levels.
I am a Certified Appraiser and Certified Accountant, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Governors of Grant Thornton International and as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
With my extensive experience in valuations, project finance, and corporate finance, I am recognized as a leading dealmaker in the Western Balkans. My expertise spans assets and business valuations, due diligence assignments for buy-ins and buy-outs, acquisitions, public-private partnerships, financial modeling, recovery, reorganizations, fund and financing structuring, as well as advisory work for both public and private companies in various situations, including flotations. I have been instrumental in developing innovative solutions and structures that help clients achieve their objectives and meet their expectations.
